Let\u2019s make it two club records this evening. This time we look over in the USA where Kaitlyn Sheppard has continued her impressive form with a BIG PB over 3000m. Kaitlyn ran an unbelievable time of 9:14.04 Indoors, lowering her indoor PB by 35 seconds, beating her outdoor PB by 24 seconds and lowering the indoor club record by 27 seconds!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(It should also be noted that Kaitlyns time is also below the outdoor club 3000m record by 7 seconds.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
