Let’s make it two club records this evening. This time we look over in the USA where Kaitlyn Sheppard has continued her impressive form with a BIG PB over 3000m. Kaitlyn ran an unbelievable time of 9:14.04 Indoors, lowering her indoor PB by 35 seconds, beating her outdoor PB by 24 seconds and lowering the indoor club record by 27 seconds!!!

(It should also be noted that Kaitlyns time is also below the outdoor club 3000m record by 7 seconds.)

Kaitlyn has also run 4:43.22 for the mile indoors last month, while no official indoor mile record exists for the club this is a massive 9 seconds below the outdoor record so can assumed to be a club best!
